Exchanges/Returns

As a small business, we pride ourselves on quality assurance prior to each and every order leaving our business. For this reason please ensure you select your items carefully as we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing selected. Items purchased on sale are final and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are only eligible if an item is damaged or faulty. Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item has any faults or damages. Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For all refund enquiries, please contact us at info@waveclothingco.com.au. Please note items sent back to us without approval through above email contact method will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you do happen to have any issues with an item you have received please contact us via email and we will endeavour to rectify the issue as best as we can.
